The Deaf Ministry Coordinator
The Deaf Ministry is responsible for supporting the Pastor in presenting Christ to the hearing impaired community and ensuring that the Gospel is communicated in an accessible and meaningful way. The ministry seeks to provide opprtunities for worship, fellowship, discipleship, and spiritual growth so that every deaf and hearing-impaired member not only receives the Word of God but is also encouraged and empowered to actively participate in all church functions and activities.

The CREW Ministry Coordinators is responsible for facliitating the sisciplesdhip process for all Young Adults ages 18 through 50. Assuring that they all mature in their relationship with Christ and one another until they all attain to the unity of the faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God (Ephesians 4:13a).

The Men's Ministry Coordinator provides leadership, organization, and spiritual support for the men's ministry by developing programs, coordinating events, and fostering opportunities for discipleship, mentorship, fellowship, and community outreach. This role works closely with the pastor and church leadership to encourage the spiritual growth of men, strengthen their commitment to Christ, and equip them to serve their families, church, and community while upholding the mission and values of the congregation.

The Marriage Ministry Coornations responsible for overseeing the discipleship process of married couples, helping them grow in their relationship with Christ and strengthen their relationship with one another. The ministry seeks to provide biblical guidance, encouragement, fellowship, and resources that enable couples to experience God in their marriage while growing together in unity, love, and spiritual maturity as they become one according to God's design.

The Children's Pastor seeks to create an environment where children can grow "in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man." (Luke 2:52).

Coordinates Bible studies, social events, service opportunities, and outreach initiatives that encourage participants to grow in their faith, build supportive connections, and actively engage in the life and mission of the church.

Coordinates the Employment Ministry by connecting job seekers with employment resources, career development opportunities, and professional support. Organizes job readiness workshops, resume assistance, interview preparation, networking events, and partnerships with employers and community organizations to help individuals obtain meaningful employment while encouraging spiritual and personal growth.

The Counselors are responsible for assisting the pastoral staff in developing and maintaining a counseling ministry that is transformational in nature. They provide biblically based guidance and practical application of Scripture to address a wide range of life situations challenges. This ministry seeks to help individuals grow spiritually, moving seekers toward becoming disciples of Christ. Counselors also establish and maintain partnerships with appropriate outside agencies and organization for referrals when additional services or specialized support are needed.

Coordinates fellowship opportunities, outreach initiatives, resource connections, and special events that promote spiritual growth, community service, and recognition of military service.

Plans fellowship activities, educational workshops, community outreach, and service opportunities while encouraging active participation and continued engagement in the life of the church.

Ensures media resources effectively support the church's mission and ministry objectives.

C.A.R.E. Group Ministry
Leads and coordinates the C.A.R.E. Group by providing spiritual support, encouragement, and connection to church members and community individuals through regular check-ins, prayer, and compassionate care. Coordinated outreach efforts to support those who were sick, homebound, experiencing life challenges, or in need of fellowship and emotional support while fostering a culture of service and community engagement.
